Efe Tokdemir presented the COUNSTER project at the Istanbul Policy Center on 13 March 2026, in a talk titled “Countering Insurgency/Terrorism: Severing the Ties Between Non-State Armed Actors & Their Constituency.” The session, held at Minerva Han in Karaköy, opened with remarks from Senem Aydın-Düzgit (IPC) and closed with a Q&A with the audience.
